Return & Refund policy:

We do offer Return or Refund services in the following cases only.

Damage & Missing Product: We follow a 3-layer checking process to avoid any damage or misses from our end.  Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order. Breach of this section will lead to rejection of the return request. 

In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.

You will receive store credit for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.

Kindly ensure the video is clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the jewelery is highlighted in zoom.

You must send us a video of the original labels and tags intact box. If the video is not shared as per the mentioned details we will be not able to cater any further request.

We will be requiring a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel for us to process the request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honoured. In all such cases, the brand reserves the right to take the final decision.

Mail us within 2 working days (team@mitoritofashions.com) along with your order id & reason of return.

All  accepted returns are eligible for store credits only. You will receive the gift voucher within 7 days after the product is received by us, provided that the product is not used and is in good condition. Upon Rejection of the same voucher won't be initiated. 

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer Exchange policy.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not provide order cancellations.
